stunning design, but service could be quicker
The hotel has a breathtaking design that sets it apart from others. The food is exceptional, easily the best I've had in Morocco, showcasing a mix of flavors that delighted me at every meal. The staff here are genuinely kind, always ready with a smile and attentive to needs, from management to housekeeping. The city view from my Deluxe Room was simply magnificent—every morning started with a beautiful sight.
However, the service could be quicker during peak times, which sometimes affected my overall experience.

It’s straight-up the best I’ve tasted here. The kindness of the staff takes a backseat only to the breathtaking design of this place. I couldn't get over how spacious and beautifully decorated the Deluxe Room was—it's pure royalty! You might as well throw a staycation because once you're here, you won't want to leave.
Honestly, the only downside was that I wished the service could've been a smidge faster during peak breakfast hours, but even then, the magic of this hotel outshined everything else!

The design at Royal Mansour really stands out. Each room feels like a luxurious escape, with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful decor that exudes royalty. I loved the spaciousness, especially the comfortable bed and the indulgent snacks and wine waiting for me upon arrival. The complimentary welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, making me feel instantly welcomed. Breakfast on the 23rd floor was a highlight, offering a feast of fresh pastries and traditional Moroccan dishes that I looked forward to daily. The spa experience was formidable, especially the Moroccan hamam, providing a relaxing retreat after exploring the city. Medhi, the hotel’s representative, offered exceptional service and helped arrange a fantastic tour. A few minor hiccups included some confusion with the fast track service at the airport, as it didn’t go as smoothly as expected, and service during peak breakfast hours could have been more prompt. Overall, the positive moments far outweighed these small inconveniences.
